Panasonic CM602/CM212 nozzle NOZZLE maintenance in series order:

1. Poke the needle to clean the nozzle rod;

2. Wipe the reflector;

3. Check whether the nozzle rod is deformed

4. Air gun blow nozzle rod.

5. Load the machine and check that the vacuum value is OK if CM602 is less than -85. If CM212 is less than -65 it is OK.

Panasonic placement machine MSH3 nozzle NOZZLE should be maintained in the following order:

1. Put the nozzle into the alcohol box and soak it for about 10 minutes

2. Use a needle to clean the nozzle stem

3. Air gun blow nozzle rod

4. Visually check that there is no blockage in the nozzle rod, which is OK.
