1. Improved productivity.

Through the use of high-speed XY robots and tape feeders and the use of a newly developed camera "Fixed On-the-fly camera", it is possible to improve the placement capabilities of all components from small components to large special-shaped components.

In addition, after using the new high-speed work head "H24 work head", the component placement capacity of each module is as high as 35,000CPH*, which is about 35% higher than that of NXT II.

 

2. Corresponds to 03015 components, mounting accuracy ±25μm*

NXT III can not only handle the smallest 0402 components currently used in production, but can also mount the next generation of 03015 ultra-small components.

In addition, by adopting a machine structure that is more rigid than existing models, unique servo control technology and component image recognition technology, it is possible to achieve industry-leading placement accuracy of small chips: ±25μm* (3σ) Cpk≧1.00

 


3. Improved operability.

It inherits the language-free GUI operating system that has been highly praised on NXT series machines, adopts a new touch screen, and updates the screen design.

Compared with the existing operating system, the number of key presses is reduced, and the selection of subsequent instructions is facilitated, which not only improves operability but also reduces operating errors.

 

4. Highly compatible.

The work head, nozzle placement table, component supply unit such as feeder and tray unit, main units such as the station bracket and the station bracket batch replacement trolley used in the NXT II can be replaced as they are. Used in NXT III.
